“The staff at the Greenbriar Mall branch is extremely polite and patient and every time I have visited I had a good experience and that's saying a lot cuz we on campbellton road Southwest period”
— Ida John“Being closed after hurricane 🌀 flood when the building has no damage. The entire building is empty with the lights off I know the area had a black out at some point but having it say on google maps that you were open is crazy people were pulling up and turning around.”
— Jake Cartwright“Today I went to this branch of Wellsfargo to pay my rent. While I myself did not have poor customer service I witnessed something that upset me very much. There was a man who smelled very strongly of urine waiting to deposit a check. The teller who was assisting him was having a hard time locating the man's account, and when he asked for assistance none of the other tellers wanted to help (I'm assuming because of his smell). I then heard and saw the teller who was working the business register blatantly say "I'm gonna throw up, I don't want to." Now, while I understand that his smell was offensive, for someone to say something like that IN FRONT of the customer I feel that's inconsiderate and very embarrassing for the man.”
— whitney g“I opened an account with Wells Fargo at the Greenbriar Mall. I deposited a check and now I am having issues with Wells Fargo releasing my money. My check is legit, and now Wells Fargo is saying they are going to hold my check for 14 days, because my account is new. The banker at Wells Fargo never told me that, Wells Fargo was going to hold my check. Wells Fargo is worst bank ever. I am thinking about suing them for inconveniencing me”
